Batman Arkham City: Political Prisoner

ok. this is one of many political prisoners you find in the game .you will find a bunch. well, more than 2 of them in a little camp near the old church. and they are part of a side mission. where once in a little while, one of the inmates will have a political prisoner. hostage, i guess one can say. and you have to save them. and it turns out that these political prisoners were the ones who helped build Arkham City, and then by order of Hugo Strange. they were arrested
